She’s advised global giants such as Amazon Ring, GOAT – Sneaker Marketplace, and Clutter.

Her true passion lies in coaching around behavioral analytics, using tools like Predictive Index (PI) to identify traits necessary for specific roles. Her expertise informs human resource strategies, including team curation, executive onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, performance coaching, and organizational culture enhancement.

A Philosophy and French graduate from California Polytechnic State University with an HR Certification from UCLA, she’s got the smarts. Karine lives in LA with her two young daughters and when she’s not busy cracking HR codes, she hikes, dabbles in the culinary arts, and will chat with just about anybody she encounters – as long as it’s meaningful.
