TJX. Animation.
The first thing you see when you work for TJX? Our work for TJX.
Yes, it’s another Natie “Did we really get to work on this?!” project, this time for that teeny-weeny company called TJX.
For this one, we partnered with our oh-so-talented friends at Element to create a cuh-razy live-action-plus-animation for the new TJX corporate offices (parent brand to T.J. Maxx, Marshall’s and Homegoods). Spanning four giant screens in their lobby, this piece greets everyone who walks in with a colorful high-five and shines a spotlight on what it’s like to work for TJX.
Great teamwork for a great brand.
We handled the design in collaboration with TJX and created all the animation work, while Element and TJX shot or provided all the footage. The project took months to produce, with lots of back-and-forth due to the complexity of working with four screens plus all the processing power needed for the video footage and animation images…whew!
We’re so thrilled to have been part of this team working on such an all-star brand – and a special shout out to Element for leading the charge and to our amazing animators at Plain, as ever, for being true Natie teamsters and burning the midnight oil on this one. Thankfully, it was well worth it!
