Our friends at Fashion Snoops recently launched a new platform called FS White Space for designers and other creative people…and when we say “new,” we don’t just mean new for them. We mean new, period. As in, nothing like it ever existed before. This is a super big deal for them, their clients and the industry as a whole. Having come to natie for help crafting a company manifesto, tag line and other branding elements a few years ago, they called on us again. (Thanks!)
All over the world, they had their eyes glued to sidewalks, clubs, social media feeds and anywhere else their experts could see the very first inkling of trends that would still take a year or two to bloom. Designers would rely on their predictions and try to bring a product to market just as a particular trend was taking off.

FS White Space represents a quantum leap forward. It’s a virtual
space where the new generation of digital native creatives can
compile and pore through all that research, use it to inspire their own
vision, and then share it with colleagues anywhere in the world. For
the very first time, FS White Space gives designers and everyone
who works with them, from prototype makers to salespeople to
retailers, a way to share and refine ideas effortlessly and quickly, as a
team. And designers have all had the same reaction: “At last!”
There’s a popular misconception that creative people toil in isolation, only emerging from their studio once their solitary work is done. In reality, nothing is further from the truth. Designing anything that’s on-trend and marketable is a thoroughly collaborative process that requires input from people in vastly different roles. The successful designer welcomes a way to make that collaboration as smooth and well organized as possible, and that’s exactly what FS White Space offers.
