Dray Translations. LOGO, VISUAL IDENTITY, BRANDED COPYWRITING, PHOTOGRAPHY + WEBSITE.
How do you say “amazing” in any language in the world?
Our friends and partners at Dray Translations are a small team based in Tel Aviv, but they have clients all over the world. They’re known for exceptional customer service and spot-on translations from and into any language. Need something translated from Swahili into French? Call Dray. No project is too big or small, and they take great care to bring in translators with expertise in the topic at hand, whether it’s legal, financial, technology, or something equally specialized.
Their clients know their project will receive careful attention and will absolutely be delivered on time. Dray can say no in every language in the world, but they almost never say it themselves.
While the field of translations can be a bit dusty and academic, there’s nothing dry about Dray. This is a young company with a lot of energy. So when they came to us for branding help shortly after changing their name, we jumped at the opportunity to capture their personality and attention to detail.
We began by talking to them about what makes their company unique, then we translated their passion and approach into a brand strategy and visual language all their own. We designed a complete set of visual identity materials – new logo, fresh color palette, business cards, letterhead, right down to their PowerPoint presentation templates.
Our next step was to apply this new look to their website so the site felt more like the company. It’s an exciting time, with the Dray team extending their reach into new fields and languages, but we had to ensure the site remained familiar to existing clients, too. A professional, clean look with some unexpected splashes of pink did the trick. (Very Dray.) Plus, we included some of our very own original photography with an emphasis on expressing the personality of Dray’s vibe.
Everything about Dray’s look and feel are like Dray itself: Energetic, enthusiastic, and completely buttoned up. While completely hip. This is a company that you can give an important project to with a feeling of complete confidence…and maybe even an expectation you’ll have a little fun in the process. We know we did.
