We didn’t just work together - we imagined together.
We were approached by Allseated – a company turning the event planning industry on its head – to help take their brand to the next level. Their groundbreaking technology lets clients and all suppliers plan an event completely online, including virtually walking through the venue set up for their special day. Whether in 2D or 3D virtual reality, clients can see how the tables will be arranged, what the lighting will look like, the furniture, the place settings – everything!
The Allseated platform even has a library of thousands of popular venue floor plans and interiors, so the preview a client gets is uncannily accurate. It’s like being there before it even happens. This is a real technological leap forward for a traditionally pencil-and-paper industry.

As cutting-edge as Allseated’s platform is, their brand was looking outdated and their brand story had become muddled. We helped show them a new way forward. (Not simple, but when is it ever?) We worked very closely with their team over the course of many months – and still do in these COVID-19 times, as their incredible technology is being further adapted to hybrid conferences and the like.
They’re evolving their industry. We evolved their story.
It was immediately apparent to us that this wasn’t just an imaginative and visionary company, but also one that has an extraordinary level of commitment to their clients. We harnessed this powerful truth and built their strategy around it. And upon that foundation, we crafted a brand story that’s all about collaboration, passion and imagination. The new tagline sums it all up: Imagine together.
A forward-looking company now has a brand to match.
The next step was to design a new logo and full visual identity – one that reflected their updated and clarified brand position. The challenge was to retain the brand equity they had garnered over the years as a leading player in the industry. The answer was to maintain the concept of their old logo but evolve and modernize it.
We also kept their original brand colors. We overhauled their visual brand and messaging in sales and marketing materials, presentations, and designed a completely new website. Oh, and their launch video.
Allseated isn’t just about the technology behind their Vision, Ops and exVo products. They’re a true believer in the importance of community. Their new brand, both verbally and visually, lets their audience know that they’re committed to making events every bit as special as all involved hope it will be. As they continue to innovate and introduce new technological solutions for this whole, crazy new world we’re all living in, they remain true to who they are and to their purpose – by imagining together.
